Scleroderma, Vasculitis & Myositis Center

Scleroderma has become a major focus of investigations at Hospital for Special Surgery. This was facilitated by the establishment of the Rudolph Rupert Scleroderma Research Center in 2005. Our second area of focus is vasculitis and related conditions. We have created an infrastructure for clinical, translational, and basic research in scleroderma and vasculitis, as well as for community outreach and patient and physician education.
