This Community Service Plan Implementation Report 2008 provides a concise overview of Hospital for Special Surgery’s (HSS) realization of its Community Service Plan (CSP), inter-related initiatives that help improve the health, mobility, and quality of life for the communities it serves. The report is prepared in compliance with New York State Public Health Law 2803-1.
